I am excited to announce that after 7 years as a real estate agent here in Puerto Vallarta that on May 11th 2023 I have become and Independent Broker and have started my own real estate brokerage, Allard Realty. I have decided to not have a commercial office for the following one reasons,
COST – I find that agencies put lots of money into their physical location to create an aurora of success which creates pressure to sell and cultivate young and hungry7desporate agents which then leads to advertising cost for an office. All of this creates pressure for everyone to sell. I am not jumping into that bottomless pit.
The most important aspect is that I am now a broker and member of our AMPI real estate which means that I retain MLS access. The advertising of my services will be strategic however all listings will be advertised on the normal digital and non-digital platforms however in this Mexican environment the real advertising power is with MLS.
All this translates into a basic concept that my services will have no internal or external financial pressures so your needs and goals will not be negatively affected. I choose small but reliable and honesty over size.
